We are job seekers who network, support, and hold each other accountable as prescribed by each individual. Each meeting will start with each individual announcing their goal(s) for the meeting that day. We end each meeting declaring what we each want to be held accountable for the next meeting.
This group collectively agrees that :
- We support each other = Encouragement, understanding, caring, truth-telling/feedback
- We share experiences as time permits = learn from and help each other
- We will individually speak-up and ask for what we want/need from the group
- One meeting per month, we'll have a guest speaker on a topic we agree upon as a group
- One meeting per month, we will break into small groups sharing our resumes, goals, and experiences so that we have an opportunity to each other in more depth.

Mission:
Our Mission is to build relationships in our core group to allow confidence in making referrals.
We are accountable to each other for the commitments we make each week.
Lastly, we help future members of our group when we land by offering referrals and introductions.
Attendance is targeted at eight regular members. Membership is by invitation. The facilitator will determine fit and extend an invitation.
This Group is Facilitated by Dave Jones. Dave is a highly experienced HR/OE Executive with comprehensive and hands-on expertise improving organizational performance through HR/OD programs or initiatives. As a Principal, he consulted at C-Suite levels to Fortune 1000 companies around the world and served in internal roles leading organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and leadership development. Dave is a trusted advisor to executive leadership, with deep expertise in process consultation and consensus building.

Launching a Business in a Tough Economy

Creating a Life Mission Statement

A Mission Statement is a reason for being and defines direction for your personal and work goals. During this workshop you will become clear on who you really want to serve, be around, and inspire in a positive way. We will identify your core values and write a clear and inspiring mission statement. You will walk away with a strong sense of purpose and an understanding of where to focus your time and energy.
